Deer vs SRX4 I hit a deer back in May near Faribault one evening on hwy 35 going about 70-75 mph, after assessing my damages and knowing it was ok to drive and no I hit a deer back in May near Faribault one evening on hwy 35 going about 70-75 mph, after assessing my damages and knowing it was ok to drive and not have to be towed, i got back on highway and headed to Oakdale, noticed a vibration in front end, took it to dealership next day, advised them of accident and issue, they told me they would look at it and “get it all fixed up for me, good as new”, they had it for 21 days and thousands of dollars later, I picked up vehicle and asked them if they fixed the vibration in front end, they said, “ if you still have problems with it just bring it back in”. I still have/had problems with it, took it back in, they had it for about a week, it’s now “normal wear and tear” and it’s my problem. I’m NOT HAPPY. They stated they would get it fixed and they still haven’t. So now what? Hmmmmmmm STILL NOT HAPPY! More

Another awesome experience at Luther Rarely in my experience on this planet does one come across true excellence that is rooted in a values system that is organization wide. Lip service is paid to such things, however, it is rarely seen in consistent practice. The exception is Luther Cadillac and likely the entire Luther organization. All staff are consistently professional, kind and engaging whether you're there the first time or the fiftieth time. There's a saying in organizational psychology that states, "So goes the leadership, so goes the organization." To have this consistently positive and engaging experience speaks to the leadership and all of Luther as a values based organization. There is none better in my humble opinion. More
