Our Sales person Vang was informative and ready to answer all our questions. His delivery of the vehicle was great. We are not the best at modern Technology and this vehicle is full of it. He was patient and so good at explaining all the Escalades features. Our Vehicle was to be titled in another state and Chad handled that as well as all the other paperwork quickly and efficiently.
