Luther Cadillac - Service Center

Truck was pick up at my house which was find. Went in for oil change, tires rotation, right step does not want to come out all the time. Service light is on the dash for Service drivers assist. Next day I used it, and the Service drivers assist is still on??? They never look into it???? Never clear the code???? Plus, they also inspected the right step and said it never gave them a problem, well three out of five times that I open the door the next day it did not come out????? I have a ninety-three-year-old mother that I had to take to a doctor appointment that next day and had problems with the steps. What kind of mechanic do you have working there? I'm very dissatisfied with your service department. More

Found out that the AC in my new truck is bad, which tells me that they knew it and just filled the system even though they knew that there was probably a leak. Speaker in the door is brown. Just like any other dealer, they will find out the tiniest little thing that is wrong with your trade in, but will not tell you anything that is potentially wrong with what you're buying from them.
