Didn’t test drive my car long enough so the steering wheel noise would replicate, as it has for me for months. Service guy told me they took it around the parking lot. Won’t be returning.. last visit I was told my car was “supposed to do that”, when in fact gears were slipping. Luckily a Cadillac dealership in Missouri was familiar with the problem and I was able to get it fixed. For $1500. It’s almost like this dealership doesn’t want to the fix the problems and make the money. One thing that was fixed was the back up camera, but the next morning the light beside it had come lose and was dangling outside the trunk. More
Could have kept me more informed especially when they said they would update me by a certain time and then wouldn't. I was not told they would pick up the car until I brought it their when it was 20 below zero. When I voiced that I was not satisfied they handled it well, although I feel I should not have had to do that. More
