I was impressed with the service. I was my first time coming to this facility and my first Cadillac vehicle. I set up my appt with Charlie over the phone then also dealt with him when I arrived at the f coming to this facility and my first Cadillac vehicle. The service was completed timely, then was asked if I wanted a wash and it would be about half an hour. After an hour I asked another employee about my vehicle and it was sitting there for me. Unbeknownst to me, Charlie had taken another customer on a test drive. Charlie contacted me later that day and apologized, as he thought he had time. I really appreciate the initiative he took to contact me and explain what happened. No harm, no foul. I will definitely take my vehicle back when I have the need. More
