I had an altogether great Cadillac experience. I have never been to Luther and was welcomed the moment I entered. I was introduced to Charlie who worked through all my details. Charlie is a competent guy - communicates well - takes care of things. I liked the video the technician provided which summarized the status of my vehicle. Scott Smith was awesome, great customer care and communication will definitely refer future customers. Still old school with salesman having to get approval from a manager who stands on a platform communication will definitely refer future customers.
