I haven’t met the guy but he denied doing work on my new Camaro I bought from Luther. My dream car no doubt!! Car ran so bad when I started it on the show floor, I shut it off and refused to test drive unti Camaro I bought from Luther. My dream car no doubt!! Car ran so bad when I started it on the show floor, I shut it off and refused to test drive until they checked it out. The next time I came to drive it it seemed to run ok and the sales person suggested to just drive it and it would clear up. When Car didn’t run better I quickly alerted the salesman so he could have it looked at. They replace a spark plug and wire and returned the car 5 days later. The car still, didn’t run right. They delayed on getting me in for a second look and now are telling me everything is ok now that the warranty expired. They even sold the car to me with winter tires which is very unsafe with a car with 455 hrs power. After almost losing control around a corner I quickly brought it into my tire guy and. He told me the news. Now the dealer is mad because I’m calling them out careless sale of a car with engine problems. Hopefully they address this problem better in the future. More

The service department did an outstanding job. Jeff Hetrick was friendly and professional, researched my cars history, service bulletins & suggested maintenance to be performed. When work was comp Jeff Hetrick was friendly and professional, researched my cars history, service bulletins & suggested maintenance to be performed. When work was completed Jeff explained work completed. Mechanic, Shue Her, did a great video showing everything he checked under the car and hood. Explained what all the maintenance completed and all items that he inspected and lubed and etc. Awesome job guys!! 👍👍 More
