Bought my dream car from Roseville Luther Cadillac. Car was not running right and we determined it needed to be ran in hopes that it would correct itself. It hasn’t ran any better and I have brought it in two times and runs exactly the same. The Camaro was also sold to me with unsafe winter tires. Jeff out in service said the manager would not cover any expenses other than diagnostic which is obviously not showing the issue. Spend my last dollar on this car and now I was forced to put very expensive tires on due to the horsepower this car has. Now will have to bring to a good service shop that will look into the problem. Basically I feel I was scammed and will never buy another car From Luther again! More

My car had problems with start, first time I went they switched batteries but before that when I was there for oil change the batterie tested good. But the problem never result, so I brought car back in switched batteries but before that when I was there for oil change the batterie tested good. But the problem never result, so I brought car back in for 4days , never found out any problems until my car died again , so the third time Finally fix the start , I used very loyal for this location and big fund for Cadillac, but those three time coast me around $1500, I’m a bit not happy for that . Should find out the problem at first time then I don’t have to spend that couple hundred. No one’s money came from the sky , I just wish in the future they can do better service for the car . More
