Took Escalade in for airbag recall & front Diff service with an appointment at 9:15am. At 3pm, I got a call from the service advisor that they hadn't even pulled it in the shop yet, so it took another day with an appointment at 9:15am. At 3pm, I got a call from the service advisor that they hadn't even pulled it in the shop yet, so it took another day to get done. I had a loaner/rental from them so it was ok. Had a nice video inspection that they emailed so I could see what they did, which was great. Jeff Hetrick was great to deal with in the Service Dept. More
