Was told oil change was going to be 2hrs, didn’t get car back until 3 days later. That wasn’t expressed when car was dropped off. When I brought the rental back, I was asked to top off the gas tank to full. back until 3 days later. That wasn’t expressed when car was dropped off. When I brought the rental back, I was asked to top off the gas tank to full. The employee didn’t realize they rental was on 1/2 tank when given to me and was also stated in the paper work. Once everything was paid I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my car to be brought out to me causing me to be late for work. More
