Great oil change. Someone at dealership (probably person who washed car) turned off rear hatchback. I suspect when wiping down drivers door. I didn't know why my hatchback didn't work when I got home. I had to go back to dealer to find out why it didn't work. Service Mgr knew how to fix problem right away. Person who worked inside car should be trained on what NOT to do so other customers aren't inconvenienced like I was. More

I went just to test drive an XT5 for the first time and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Mark was very professional, communicated well and assisted me through the process. Even though it took longer than I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Mark was very professional, communicated well and assisted me through the process.
