Not a service team performance concern, but $200 for a diagnostic inspection, $680 for a software update to 5 modules that control the transmission on what was communicated as an apparent known issue expl diagnostic inspection, $680 for a software update to 5 modules that control the transmission on what was communicated as an apparent known issue explained to my wife as "In simple terms, the computer forgot how the operate the transmission". My opinion towards the quality of the Cadillac/GM brand has instantly changed! Glad the system didn't forget how to operate the transmission while she was driving, possibly putting her life in any type of jeopardy! How very disappointing! More
