Good experience overall. However I am disappointed that I bought a vehicle that reeked of cigarette smoke and the manager refuses to replace the mats. Vang Yang had someone deodorize my vehicle but the worker told me he cannot get the smell out of the mats so they need to be switched out. More

It was ok, since I bought a vehicle that was not a Cadillac, they were not very knowledgeable about the car. They also wanted me to sign up to buy a bunch of oil changes, add it to my loan and pay int Cadillac, they were not very knowledgeable about the car.
