One of the worst customer service experiences. Repair took longer than initially quoted. Double market price will be charged for gasoline usage if you are offered a loaner so make sure to fill the tank. This longer than initially quoted. Instead of offering the going rate for the price of gasoline due to the miscommunication, I was forced to drive about Roseville seeking a gas station. The staff was rude and offered no apology. More

Will Isaacson is the best auto salesperson I have ever dealt with. His answers were direct and honest. If he needed to research an item, he communicated that fact. I purchased a very competitively priced used auto under absolutely no pressure. The paperwork was painless and took 6 minutes. If the auto does not live up to their standards, the dealership goes above and beyond the normal avenues to make it right. Will, in fact, made a housecall on his day off - 50 miles from Roseville. My initial encounter with Wall McCarthy Cadilac was with my 22 year ols daughter who was going to be purchasing and financing her 1st car. She found a preowned certified 2009 Pontiac G6 online, and after dr my 22 year ols daughter who was going to be purchasing and financing her 1st car. She found a preowned certified 2009 Pontiac G6 online, and after driving it and minimal negotiating, she drove away in it with financing at 3.9%. She (and I) were extremely happy with the entire transaction. I returned later that year with my 19 year old son, and again was in awe of the way we were treated. He also bought a preowned Pontiac Grand Prix GXP. I guess I would have thought because wew were not buying Cadillas, we maybe would have been treated as less than a Preferred Customer, but in no way were we. I also recently purchased my preowned vehicle there and am treated as an old friend, not just someone who may be the next commission for a salesperson, or should I say Sales Professional, because that is what they are. Keep up the great work and you will have a customer for life. P.S. One day I will be able to myseld into a Cadillac, and it will be from Wally McCarthy Cadilac. Thanks again!! More

I was pressured into the sale but I was expecting it. Would have been nice with a little less pushing from them. I do not know if it is common to remove deposits on cars if you needed to wait until morning but they did threaten to do this if I did no buy it that night. ( I had put the deposit on that morning.) Brent was very knowledgeable on the cars and mine was an import which was not a common car for them to carry, but he know a good deal about it and was willing to share. He also looked into things for me, and called me when he said he would (this is not common from my car buying experiences). It would have been nice to have a few things thrown in on the purchase however the car was priced very well vs other cars of the same type and mileage. They said I would be able to contact the previous owner if I wanted, (They had said it was okay apparently.) But did not need to. Brent also came to get me so I could drive the car home without hassle. Overall: Good dealer, did not seem willing to negotiate much on used cars, knowledgeable, pushy dealer but expected on a commission style place, friendly, helpful, pretty quick work for the car cleanup and financing, pushy on the warranty however too. They filled the car with gas which is not common especially for a used car. More
