oil change and tire rotation took way too long I was told this would take 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, I was there for 2 hours.....with no communication as to why the delay. I will never wait for my car at this dealership again, I will always take a courtesy car to work and let them have my car for the day if I have service here in the future. More

Great service friendly people Luther is the new owners, they did some remodeling in the waiting area, looks nice. they didn't have cookies or donuts but did have fruit, chips, coff Luther is the new owners, they did some remodeling in the waiting area, looks nice. they didn't have cookies or donuts but did have fruit, chips, coffee and sodas. seem to be up an running except I couldn't get a programer key cut for the door ( they didn't have setup codes yet) but was told it would be all set up within the week and I have to stop back back in a couple weeks for my maintenance service anyways More

One of the worst customer service experiences. Repair took longer than initially quoted. Double market price will be charged for gasoline usage if you are offered a loaner so make sure to fill the tank. This longer than initially quoted. Instead of offering the going rate for the price of gasoline due to the miscommunication, I was forced to drive about Roseville seeking a gas station. The staff was rude and offered no apology. More
