Problem with service Came in last Friday for Oilchange and tire rotation and a wiper blade change they forgot to rotate my tires and adjust my tire pressure so I called Came in last Friday for Oilchange and tire rotation and a wiper blade change they forgot to rotate my tires and adjust my tire pressure so I called and left a message on Saturday morning no one called back card again on Monday everybody was in a meeting so I went there after to finally talk to service rep about 10am when I got there the service advisor was very nice the service manager Jeremy Hartman was very rude to me and told me to go to another dealership if I didn’t like it. I never had a problem when it was Wally they New how to treat there customer... not take advantage of women . Myself and family been coming to this dealership for many of years 30 plus I never been treated so bad.., More
Better than usual They initially low balled me on the trade but changed the offer when I called them on it. Great Experience Stopped in to purchase a new car after an accident. My sales person took the time to answer all my questions, three separate test drives and took the Stopped in to purchase a new car after an accident. Don’t trust them I felt as if I was being taken advantage of because of someone who may have some money and who has a warranty on the vehicle that was wrong in many c I felt as if I was being taken advantage of because of someone who may have some money and who has a warranty on the vehicle that was wrong in many contradictions with the plan for service call after call asking to approve of more diagnostic time I was also told a specific problem that was going to be fixed that wasn’t true so there was more time requested for diagnostics hours to be charged During the 5 weeks my vehicle was in for service I feel there was unnecessary charges to me after it was all said and done outside of my warranty coverage which doesn’t make sense if the warranty company won’t pay for it there must be a reason why when I picked my car up the service manager told me I was only responsible for the 100 deductable then later received a call asking for more money just a long drag a horrible experience and when I drove me vehicle away I noticed the alignment on my steering wheel was off and still is but I don’t even wanna deal with them about after just getting my car back after 5 weeks More
