Salesperson good. Rest of experience not good. Poor customer service, when I came in to pick up my vehicle my salesman was not there which I knew he wouldn’t be there. Tom Franz and his associates Poor customer service, when I came in to pick up my vehicle my salesman was not there which I knew he wouldn’t be there. Tom Franz and his associates had no interest in what I was doing there. They say before he knew my name but yesterday he acted like he had never seen me. I sat outside the finance office for 15” while he talked on the phone. They all acted like I was bothering them. Needless to say there was no other customer in the store. It was not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend them to my family and friends. I have a family member in the Luther family who was there with me and she couldn’t believe the way they treated us. Arlen and said they are working on customer service and trying to bring in customers, they will have no success with this type of attitude and treatment. More
