I wasn’t impressed when I brought my loaner car. Sure isn’t like Wally’s they were friendly. When I brought back my loaner car I must have interrupted this mans lunch because he wasn’t very friendly. Sure isn’t like Wally’s they were friendly. When I brought back my loaner car I must have interrupted this mans lunch because he wasn’t very friendly. He brought my car around and I said to him “ I love the SUV ( it was the XL5, I think that’s the name of it). He said “yes it’s a nice one”. And walked back into the building. Hmmmm ? Lost a sale right there. Oh well other car dealers around. To bad Luther’s. More

The response was prompt and, I assumed, very likely automated (this was confirmed later when I called the salesman who had "emailed" me and he had no memory of being in contact with me). The price of the vehicle was fair, so I decided to visit the dealership for a test drive. We arrived at 7:15pm. I introduced myself to the salesman at the door (who, as luck would have it, was the salesman I had been in contact with) and his first words to me where "we're trying to close up here so we'll have to make it quick". After an awkward silence, and a brief request to see the car in question, what followed was nearly 15 minutes of waiting while the salesman searched for both car and keys. Eventually I took a short test drive and determined, yes, I would like to purchase the vehicle. Understandably, as the hour was late, I was willing to postpone officially completing the purchase. We determined a trade-in price for my former vehicle (I might add that the used car manager was very pleasant and fair) and resolved to sign the paperwork at noon the following day. I made it clear I would be arriving while on a lunch break from work. As predetermined, I arrived on time and saw the car parked by the front door (so far, so good). Upon entering the dealership (I was not greeted by anyone) I found the salesman chatting with two other men. I waited for them to finish, reminded the salesman of who I was, and was told to wait while he ran an errand. Dutifully, I waited (for what seemed an eternity); passing the time by recalling conversations from less than 16 hours ago regarding the use of this day's lunch break. Finally, he returned and delivered me to the finance officer. I do not recall this man's name but I can tell you he was positively not prepared to receive me. We both waited while he started his computer programs and paged through my file. Eventually, after another eternity, we made it to a point where we could talk about the extended warranty. For some reason, the man decided it would be best to inform me of the manufacturer's history and the number of Chinese parts in my car; even taking time to include an off-color Chinese joke (which I did not take particular offense to but neither did I appreciate). To make an increasingly long story longer, after three attempts to print and reprint my documents it was determined to completely start over with the forms. Two hours after I arrived I was back on the road. Things could have gone smoother. Considering this is a Cadillac dealership, with a $106k car on its showfloor, the entire process was utterly embarrassing. In the end, I am happy with my vehicle but the customer service could use considerable improvement. More

They have been the best to work with for many years and I would have followed them if they went to another dealership. They both have gone out of their way on a number of occassions to make our experience exceptional. I just want to publicly recognize them for their excellence. Likewise the service department never dissapoints. Since Charlie was busy, Floyd stepped right up to take care of my check in. I appreciated that very much. Kind regards; Mary Dierbeck More
