Routine oil change and multi-point inspection Arrived just before 7 for my scheduled appointment. Finally left service at 9:10. In the past it has only taken 45 minutes to an hour to complete the Arrived just before 7 for my scheduled appointment. Finally left service at 9:10. This visit not to usual Luther Dealership standards I had an appointment at 8am, I arrived at 8:04, I wasn't greeted by anyone or acknowledged for nearly 15 minutes. My oil change and tire rotation to I had an appointment at 8am, I arrived at 8:04, I wasn't greeted by anyone or acknowledged for nearly 15 minutes. My oil change and tire rotation took nearly two and a half hours. Granted, I requested they look at the A/C weep holes to ensure they were not obstructed. I was able to observe the technician performing this task while I was standing outside the shop door and it took ten minutes. Similarly I observed the oil change and tire rotation performed on the same lift, total wrench time was about thirty minutes for all requested services. My last service was under the McCarthy name and I was in and out in thirty minutes including a car wash. I'm going to treat this visit as an anomaly due to my extensive experience with Luther's Brookdale Toyota where I service my Sienna and the fact Luther just acquired this dealership, however if my experience doesn't improve on my next visit, it will be my last. More
