Oil change They did not check my tires the way that I asked them to. I received a diagnostic report from Cadillac the next day and three of the tires were uninf They did not check my tires the way that I asked them to. I was in the service department for over three hours. It was a lot slower than McCarthy. I am sure that they will improve because Luther just took over the Company. More

Proof of service I brought my car in for a check engine light. Dealer made me provide proof of oil change in order to qualify for warranty. After jumping through the h I brought my car in for a check engine light. Dealer made me provide proof of oil change in order to qualify for warranty. After jumping through the hoops to satisfy the request they changed the diagnosis to some sensors ( less expensive) than the timing chain diagnosis. They also did not address the additional items to check. More
