We relied on his information, the Luther web page, carfax report and a brief call with Heather. The problem was with the other contacts. The finance person (?) sent an incomplete package. We had to call during the wire transfer process to get a complete package. Katie Anderson handled the missing paperwork and gets credit for saving the deal. After the sale the delivery was late, but otherwise okay. We met the driver in a Target parking lot at midnight. It seemed a little suspicious, but all went well. When we took the Minnesota title to our local Arapahoe county Colorado to register the car, incomplete information made us return 2 more times to resolve everything. We needed 6 hours to do a 20 minute task. To improve your service please develop a checklist for out of state sales that includes every piece of paper needed. It should also instruct the preparer how and where to fill in the blanks on the title. Will followed up with us and sent the 2nd key and additional information. More

Oil change They did not check my tires the way that I asked them to. I received a diagnostic report from Cadillac the next day and three of the tires were uninf They did not check my tires the way that I asked them to. I received a diagnostic report from Cadillac the next day and three of the tires were uninflated. I did not get a wash job on my car because there was a back up in the car wash. I was in the service department for over three hours. It was a lot slower than McCarthy. I am sure that they will improve because Luther just took over the Company. More
