Car Buying Made Easy I was very pleased with my experience with Luther Cadillac. I was interested in a used minivan and I applied for Financing online and as soon as I hi I was very pleased with my experience with Luther Cadillac. I was interested in a used minivan and I applied for Financing online and as soon as I hit the "Submit" button, I received a call from Heather, a Sales Consultant at the dealership. Heather was very responsive and within an hour I was approved for a loan. Heather made sure that I could have the car I was looking for and that the payments were within the budget I communicated with her. When we arrived at the dealership, the process was very smooth. We took a test drive, met with Brad, the Finance Manager and we were driving home in our new vehicle in no time. I was not looking forward to the car buying experience as I have dealt with pushy salesmen or the "I have to talk to my Manager" financing tricks. This was very pleasant and straight forward. Everyone in the dealership was very nice and helpful. Every question we had was answered. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and would definitely tell them to look for Heather and Brad to help them out, although I feel that the entire staff would be just as pleasant to work with. More

End up testing driving it and bought it the same day! She made the process seamless and easy. She was great at keeping in touch, even on her days off, to let me know what was going on in the process. Perry, and Heather both took time to sit in my car with me and go through the features and Sync functions as well. Very friendly place, highly recommend them!
