Dealership handled everything great. Dealership was great. This is my second time reviewing BTW. All is good with the dealer. However, I am a little disappointed in the front seats of the Luxury version of an escalade. The seats in the vehicle show "Base"(only 3 buttons of adjustment) in the owner's manual. I would think for the luxury trim you would get better seats than the base trim. More
