Slow and sloppy I purchased a used vehicle. When we test drove the car, the salesman bragged about how he knew the owner and that she took such good care of the car I purchased a used vehicle. When we test drove the car, the salesman bragged about how he knew the owner and that she took such good care of the car that she had put "rubber mats over the rubber mats". I came back to pick up the vehicle 6 days later and had set an appointment for 1:00. The OEM rubber mats were no where to be found. I waited for 1 hour 45 minutes to be able to sign the paperwork. I expect that if I make an appointment their job is to be ready when I get there. Part of the deal on purchasing the vehicle was that they would replace the drivers side mirror. As I started driving home (after 2 1/2 hours at the dealership), I tried to adjust the mirror and it could move properly into position. After calling the dealership they instructed me to just push on the top of the mirror and that it would "click" into place. As soon as I touched the mirror, the whole thing fell off into my hands. After 4 separate attempts, I finally installed the mirror properly. If I could do it, why couldn't the dealership? So, bottom line is that I was not impressed with the customer service or the work done to prepare the vehicle for me to pick it up. More
