Overcharged for the work done and not everything taken care I felt that the work done did not compensate for the price charged. I had approx. $350 of parts and over $1,500 of labor. Warranty work So basically I purchased a used Escalade with an extended warranty on it as well. A month and a half later found that a part needed to be replaced that was unfortunately not covered under the warranty. I notified Luther Cadillac and some ppl who had worked with me on purchasing vehicle and they made sure to take care of me and warranted the parts and labor anyways. Didn’t cost me a dime!!... I live 2.5 hours away and they even filled my gas tank before I left, along with a car wash! I appreciated their commitment to making sure I was happy and takin care of!! Super impressed!! Thanks again you guys ROCK!! More
