QUICK OIL CHANGE I happened to look at my oil life indicator after I filled up with gas and noted that it was at 7%. Customer Service I bought a used vehicle from Luther Cadillac. As I was heading home my wife was following behind me and noticed that the brake lights were not working I bought a used vehicle from Luther Cadillac. As I was heading home my wife was following behind me and noticed that the brake lights were not working. I called my salesman Riley and he told me to turn right back and they would get it fixed. I pulled in and a team of managers and technicians swarmed on the SUV right away. Within 20 minutes they knew what was wrong and stated they would need to order parts but they could not in good consciousness let me leave with the car. They offered a loaner vehicle right away. They admitted they dropped the ball during prep and I should not have received the car with non-working brake lights. If only most dealers were this customer service oriented. However, they are not. If you want a dealership who owns up to its mistakes, fixes the vehicle and does whatever they can to make it right then I suggest Luther Cadillac. Ask for Riley. He took care of my situation in a professional manner even when I was not at my best. More
Professional no matter what Hi, My truck was brought in for special service after special order parts arrived. I was given an Escalade as a loaner when I commented I thought th Hi, My truck was brought in for special service after special order parts arrived. I was given an Escalade as a loaner when I commented I thought the normal rentals were a bit small for me. TOTALLY UNEXPECTED. This was an awesome upgrade. My bill was different than the estimate given. The bill was researched and my amount was correct. The difference is going to be refunded to me. Everyone was super nice when I questioned the bill. No faces, hostility, resistance. Just smiles, understanding and a small request for time to research the original estimate because the advisor that wrote it was sick that day. AGAIN, even though a situation arose, everyone, including me. lolo was very nice, understanding. while my truck was getting serviced it was damaged by someone who keyed the passenger side of the truck. I talked to abe and said I could not prove it but did walk around the truck with him when I brought it in for repairs. The damage was not there at that time. I returned to the shop the next morning so the damage could be looked at. Abe and another advisor looked at the damage. The GM was not in that day. I was told they would get back to me as soon as the GM returned to the dealership. Abe confirmed that he did remember walking around the truck in the morning and say he would have noticed that damage if it had been there. I am waiting for the dealerships response to this situation. I'm not sure what the result will be, yet EVERYONE was outstanding and professional in handling the situation. Once again, the advisors were understanding, had no hostility, denials, ugliness or demands. EVERYONE was once again professional and super nice in this potentially volatile situation. When are car was finished they did not take the plastic off the drivers seat or the paper off the floor. Happy that you used them, but should have removed them before you gave the car back to me. 2. The pricing was a little bit of a surprise, booked the service appointment online, first time at the dealership, I purchased a used Cadillac from a private party. There was no disclosure either online for the pricing or when the car was dropped off. I had a oil change and had the look at the passenger seat heater not working. Price came back at $99.00. He did provide a quote for the seat heater repair, but did not leave me the quote. They did not have the part in stock and would have to order it. More
