It was a battel to get the car worked on from the 1st call. Today I get this text asking me if I was completely satisfied. Well the answer is yes and no. I have been in vehicle repair for 40 years. So 3 things I was unhappy about scheduling the person on the other end of the phone was very unprofessional. Then Abbe & Charley treating me like I don’t know anything about cars. Then to print on the bill that the brake job was not recommended by Luther. I know it may not have been ready for brakes, but I had instructions form the owner of Berger and the car to do brakes for his peace of mind. More
