Deer vs SRX4 I hit a deer back in May near Faribault one evening on hwy 35 going about 70-75 mph, after assessing my damages and knowing it was ok to drive and no I hit a deer back in May near Faribault one evening on hwy 35 going about 70-75 mph, after assessing my damages and knowing it was ok to drive and not have to be towed, i got back on highway and headed to Oakdale, noticed a vibration in front end, took it to dealership next day, advised them of accident and issue, they told me they would look at it and “get it all fixed up for me, good as new”, they had it for 21 days and thousands of dollars later, I picked up vehicle and asked them if they fixed the vibration in front end, they said, “ if you still have problems with it just bring it back in”. I still have/had problems with it, took it back in, they had it for about a week, it’s now “normal wear and tear” and it’s my problem. I’m NOT HAPPY. They stated they would get it fixed and they still haven’t. So now what? Hmmmmmmm STILL NOT HAPPY! More

I would of stopped communication here if it weren't for the fact I'm a multiple Cadillac. owner and have. a preference for all of them to be the same color red. I called back again the next day even though I felt as if my business wasn't wanted and to get information I need to make my purchase was very hard to get form the "sales person" who had very little interest in giving me information I requested. I eventually made the decision to purchase the vehicle despite the poor service I was told to wire the deposit money they would email the paperwork and ship. the car to me the next day when the paperwork was returned them complete. I sent the money and the paperwork back I asked for a copy of the completed paper work and information on the shipping company which I didn't receive. after a few days I contacted the sales manager and was given a shippers contact info but no insurance info and was told the car wasn't being shipped until mid week now and would be to me by Friday. Friday came and I called again and come to fid out the car still ant even shipped?! I had to call again, none bothered to communicate to me a delay or issue I was now told the car would be delivered Monday. Monday came still no car again no one followed up and I had to call for a fourth time. I finally received the car on Tuesday over a week later then originally promised and when it got o me it was missing the registration and temp tag leaving the car unable to be driven. I have contacted the Sales manger Bryan several times about my issues and have gotten very little response or willingness to correct these issues. I guess the lack of communication and service is acceptable to their dealership or though I would hope Cadillac had higher standards for its customers. More
