We were promised a tire inflation kit, 1 month later after several calls still no word on the inflater. You Low balled him on his trade and then sold it for top dollar. Are you trying to build a clientele or just want to make Quick sales? If this is how a luxury dealership operates, my next new vehicle will be purchased at my previous Chevy dealership. VERY disappointed about my experience with my batter install I bought a battery from this dealership in April of this year. So, it is only a few months old. Last week, the battery completely died. Died to the point where I couldn't use another car to jumpstart it. D E A D. I called the dealership to see if I can bring the battery in to get it replaced and they said they needed the entire car. So, on top of paying for all of the secondary things this dead batter cost me (rides to and from work, etc.) I had to pay over $100 for a tow and then they charged me another $45 to replace the battery! I am beyond broke, and beyond pissed! They gave me a bum battery and then it ended up costing me over $200. I will not be returning there or recommending it to anyone! More
