We have owned seven Cadillacs since 2005. Of all the sales professionals we have known, Alix is the most outstanding . He reads people very well, is a quick study on their values and quickly determines what is important to each client. My husband and I are very different people but Alix knows both of us well. We came to purchase a XT6 for my husband. I drive a 2018 XTS. . Alix was able to foster a deal that went from XT6 to XT5 to the purchase of the CT6 for me. My husband quite happily took the XTS. Alix showed exceptional patience throughout this 2 hour process. Alex made sure that we understood all the " bells and whistles" on the car. and how to engage and disengage them.
