My appt was at 8:30 and was waited on by Charlie as soon as I pulled in. Wrote up estimate and we agreed upon the estimate. Very courteous and listened to my concerns. My vehicle was ready earlier than originally thought and I had the invoice in email which ended up a bit lower than estimate. Everything was taken care of and I was on my way in about 10 minutes.
