Salesman was professional and no nonsense. Said what he was going to do and was a man of his word. This would've been a five-star rating hadn't been for the detailing job on the vehicle. The detailer did a poor job, glossing over the fine-tuning cleaning details a car buyer would expect before receipt of their newly-purchased vehicle. Winds were kind of cleaned. Same goes for dash displays. Didn't lift up seats to vacuum under them. Dealership needs to retrain their detailer or find someone who takes some pride in the job they do. More

The appointment scheduling was great. The pick up and delivery was great. Jerry was very pleasant. I was disappointed to not have my car washed. That seems odd as the driver picked up and returned my car and I am sure the service techs had to get in and out of my car as well.
