Could have kept me more informed especially when they said they would update me by a certain time and then wouldn't. When all was done and said I was satisfied with work done and compensation a received said they would update me by a certain time and then wouldn't. I was not told they would pick up the car until I brought it their when it was 20 below zero. When I voiced that I was not satisfied they handled it well, although I feel I should not have had to do that. More
