Didn’t test drive my car long enough so the steering wheel noise would replicate, as it has for me for months. Service guy told me they took it around the parking lot. Perhaps faster speeds and more tur wheel noise would replicate, as it has for me for months. Service guy told me they took it around the parking lot. Perhaps faster speeds and more turns would have been helpful? Last CTS had the same steering wheel problem and was able to be fixed, should have spent more time on it. Won’t be returning.. last visit I was told my car was “supposed to do that”, when in fact gears were slipping. Luckily a Cadillac dealership in Missouri was familiar with the problem and I was able to get it fixed. For $1500. It’s almost like this dealership doesn’t want to the fix the problems and make the money. One thing that was fixed was the back up camera, but the next morning the light beside it had come lose and was dangling outside the trunk. More
