I THOUGHT THE TIRES WERE NOT ROTATED, BECAUSE PRESSURES WERE NOT SET RIGHT AND SENSORS WERE NOT RESET. CHARLIE YOUNGQUIST CAME TO THE RESCUE. HE SENT SOMEONE TO MY HOME TO FIX IT. THE FELLOW CHANGED THE S WERE NOT SET RIGHT AND SENSORS WERE NOT RESET. CHARLIE YOUNGQUIST CAME TO THE RESCUE. HE SENT SOMEONE TO MY HOME TO FIX IT. THE FELLOW CHANGED THE SENSORS, BUT HE DID NOT HAVE A COMPRESSOR. ALL THE TIME WASTED. STILL NEED TO GET TIRES PROPERLY INFLATED. NOT HAPPY. More

My new car needed to have 3M clear coat put on it. When I set up the appointment, the person from Luther Automotive Performance told me I had to drive to Hopkins to get this done. The day of the service a different person called and told me I could drive to dealership. It was easier for me to drive to the dealership so that was great. My car needed repair to the Ride system. I talked to Jeff Hetrick in Service . He set me up with an appointment, and a loaner car. When I dropped my car off the loaner car was ready, and was ready to Jeff Hetrick in Service . He set me up with an appointment, and a loaner car. When I dropped my car off the loaner car was ready, and was ready to leave in less than 5 minutes. Jeff called with the repairs that were needed, and he called again when the repairs were completed..
