For spending $40,000, I would expect the car to be clean and polished. It was not detailed because there was not enough workers. I paid $3,000 down on the car but that information was not given to the finan and polished. It was not detailed because there was not enough workers. On my way home, I realized after looking at my paperwork, that I did not receive credit for my down payment. The finance director was great but the rest of the service did not align with the Cadillac name. More

They gave me half the money my trade in was worth claiming it needed front tires and had to fix the air cond. It doesn't cost even close to what they took off my car!
