Hello David, I want to first tell you that I'm sorry you're having issues. At the time of your purchase we did offer you an extended service agreement to help protect the vehicle in the eventuality an issue arises. Both the sales associate and business manager emphasize these warranties on cars with your age and miles as the likelihood of things happening is considerably greater. Especially on a luxury car, as they can be finicky when new and considerably more so when well used. All this said if you would like to schedule a time to bring it into our shop to have our techs look at the vehicle we would be happy to do any work you would like to get completed at our cost. Please reach out to your sales associate to schedule that. Also if you would like additional copies of the warranty you were offered we would be happy to provide those as well.

" we would be happy to do any work you would like to get completed at our cost." what is this going to mean to me with the following list from my mechanic: passenger side upper control arm & ball joint - bad front Magnetic struts are shot radiator has a leak and needs to be replaced

Upper control arm, ball joint, and radiators can fail at anytime. They can be working perfect one minute and be done the next. Its as annoying for us as it is for all of our guests. That said shocks should not just do that, they can SEEP, that is perfectly normal, especially in MN. That said if one or both are OUT I will replace them. If you would like to do the rest of the work here I will give you the best deal I can, but it still may be cheaper to do it with your mechanic. Its up to you.

that sounds legitimate and a good compromise I would like Luther to replace the front Magnetic struts. I have the parts already on order with my mechanic so I guess I would stay with him for the rest of the issues.

I just spoke with my mechanic and the struts have not been ordered so will Luther order them and get back to me with a schedule to replace?

We stock them, so once a tech looks at it and verifies if one or both need to be replaced we will be good to go. I will have riley reach out to you to schedule a time to drop the vehicle off.
