While Jeff Hetrick, did everything he could I was disappointed on two fronts related to latest service visit. First of all, I brought the car in due to a bucking feeling that I had from gear 1 to 2, disappointed on two fronts related to latest service visit. First of all, I brought the car in due to a bucking feeling that I had from gear 1 to 2, and while it was analyzed the technician could not find any issues. The drive train is under warranty, but I was still charged for the analysis. Is it under warranty or not. The second issue is that by CUE system needs to be replaced - costing me over $1,000. I am extremely disappointed that Cadillac does not replace the system free of charge, especially that they knew about the defect and continued on selling Cadillac products with the defect. There is another class action suit against Cadillac due this sub par product. I bought the flagship vehicle of GM and I am extremely disappointed that Cadillac does not back up their products. If this does not get fixed, it wills strongly decide for me what my next vehicle will be. I have a GM buyer for years. A very unhappy customer More
