Excellent service I had brought my car in for unscheduled warranty work and they were able to work me into a very busy schedule. When it was discovered that parts would need to be ordered they promptly set me up with a loaner. All work was completed as scheduled and no surprises. The work to be done was described ahead of time and they followed up again after completion with every thing they did. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them for service. Today I had my 30K service completed. Sandie Fuller scheduled my service for the day and time of my choosing. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and was offered refreshments in the waiting area. A little hiccup I got in on short notice to fix a serious issue with my new vehicle. The car was washed but there was lubricant on the wipers. When I used the washe I got in on short notice to fix a serious issue with my new vehicle. The car was washed but there was lubricant on the wipers. When I used the washer on the way home driving into the sun, there was a big smear on my windshield which made it extremely tough to see. I would suggest covering the windshield while in the shop. The car had smears inside too. Other than that, the service was great. I've owned VWs since 1999 so this was the first not so happy visit. More

Amazing service! I brought my Jetta TDI sportwagen in for the 10k service and a problem with the sunroof shade. Now I just came up from Florida to MN for work and as I I brought my Jetta TDI sportwagen in for the 10k service and a problem with the sunroof shade. Now I just came up from Florida to MN for work and as I did not buy the car here at Burnsville VW I was not sure what to expect. Well I was pleasantly surprised with the both the professionalism and the way I was treated. The car had to be brought back to repair the sunshade and I was given a loaner car since I am staying about 50 miles from the dealer. I certainly did not expect this and was very appreciative to get a loaner. Since I did not buy the car from them it was outstanding to receive the amazing treatment. I would highly recommend Burnsville VW and will do so if asked. More

The right rear tire on my car blew out and I needed to have it repaired. I contacted the dealership and Brad scheduled an appointment for the day after the blow out. During the inspection of the car at the beginning of the service appointment, Glenn pointed out that the tire tread on the remaining tires was at or near the level that indicated the tires needed to be replaced. I decided to go ahead with the replacement for safety reasons and am very pleased with the tires and price that was recommended. I have been very pleased with the service I get at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen ever since I bought the car from that dealership. More

I had never had the opportunity to visit this dealeship. When my sons' Passat had starting problems he was told by a neighborhood mechanic to have the vehicle checked out by a VW dealer. I looked in the phone book and found the Burnzsville dealership to be the closest. An appointment was made and we nursed the vehicle to the shop. When we arrived, I was pleasant surprised by the friendly people that met us. When the vehicle was finally in for the service, we were assured that our problem would be corrected. We got a call that afternoon telling us that the vehicle would be ready the next day at about 2 o'clock. We got a call the next day at about 10 o'clock saying that it was ready to be picked up. We recovered the vehicle and the repair price was reasonable and we were truely surprised with the quick service. We will continue to use this dealership for repairs and service in the future. J.S.
