Awesome customer service in service center! I had exceptional service working with Brad Knudson and Ugur Solim when I brought my Routon in for service. Ugur, the assistant service manager greete I had exceptional service working with Brad Knudson and Ugur Solim when I brought my Routon in for service. Ugur, the assistant service manager greeted me and gave me good information on how to increase the longevity of my car’s life without making me feel inferior. He held doors and made eye contact when talking to me. When I picked my car up, Ugur noticed the inside of my drivers window was smudgy and personally washed it for me, making my WHOLE car sparkly. This attention to detail and service is important to me. Thank you, Ugur! More

Service tones car I came in today due to engine light on my 2010 VW Passat. Service to repair was quoted at 3000+ and so I said you know what - let’s talk new cars. Luk I came in today due to engine light on my 2010 VW Passat. Service to repair was quoted at 3000+ and so I said you know what - let’s talk new cars. Luke Klingson came out and helped me with the process to where we landed on a 2015 Tiguan and Roger aided in the financial process. All of which went extremely well. Very pleased with the overall process. I should be walking out shortly with the new vehicle. Thanks team! More

Con Men Purchased new VW from here. Less than one year I'm bring the car in to the dealership due to clear coat scratching. Burnsville VW would do nothing to Purchased new VW from here. This will be my last VW, next time I will purchase anything other than VW. More

She remembers who you are, has treats available for your pets, is knowledgable regarding service repairs, pulls any coupons or discounts from the website that may pertain to your service to get you the best deal and consistently keeps you informed regarding length of time for service if you are waiting and estimated costs. Some service reps can hit this standard some of the time, others part of the time, but with Ann it's every time. I highly recommend if you need to go to the service department always ask to be put on Ann's team. You will never be disappointed. More
