This was a great dealership for me because there was no pressure and I did not feel like there was any game playing in the process. Once I decided on the specifications I wanted in my new car, Wayne worke pressure and I did not feel like there was any game playing in the process. I was so happy that I did not have to compromise in color, or amenities, and I was able to get manual transmission. This was not a very common combination, but Wayne found it and he did not use that against me in the price or in my trade in value. Also, the financing guy made the standard offers but was not pushy when I declined them (extended warranty, paint protection, windshield protection). One more thing --- the financing was a very low rate! More

Very pleased with the integrity of the people servicing my car! After making an appointment with them due to a check engine light, my husband dropped off the car. The car also needed an oil change so we a my car! After making an appointment with them due to a check engine light, my husband dropped off the car. Initially the serviceman said it would cost a little over $100 to test for what was causing the light to go on and, of course, whatever else it cost to repair. Well - the car was ready very soon thereafter with the only charge was the oil change! Apparently they identified the light was triggered by inappropriate pressure in the tank which would point to a severe gas leak (scary). However, they figured out it was just that I had not put the gas cap on precisely right (yay me!). I am so thankful they did not charge me $100+ to be told I was an idiot! I will always take my car here from now on; I completely trust they will do the right thing! More
