I didn’t make an appointment for most recent visit to the service department at Luther VW in Burnsville, but they were able to fit me in to repair my tire, which was great. I had to wait an hour, which was exactly as estimated. The cost came in just under the original estimate and was extremely fair, which was very much appreciated! They ran my car through the wash so it left cleaner than it came in which was a nice touch. The service advisor as well as the employee who helped finalize my transaction at the end were very friendly. My only comment would be that the two greeters that were my first point of contact after pulling into the service bay weren’t the most approachable, but in the grand scheme of things if that’s my one “negative” I’d say that’s pretty good. I’m very happy with my recent service at Luther VW in Burnsville and would highly recommend them for your next service! More
