Best Service Experience in 45 Years of Maintaining Vehicles This morning another driver told me my taillights were out; I then also noticed that the battery icon was flashing. I immediately called Luther Hyundai and had the pleasure of talking with Maria, who said they would fit me in to a schedule that was very busy. They did, and within hours I had my car back with the recall issue fixed, a new battery and a clean car. Chadd and Maria provided exceptional customer service; they are charming, polite, friendly and reassuring. I will happily return to Luther Burnsville Hyundai, and will recommend it to my friends (especially if they can work with Chadd and Maria.) More

Chadd Moreno and the service department are great! My wife and I purchased a 2009 Santa Fe in December of 2014. Two weeks after the purchase, the car developed problems - it would not start! Chadd My wife and I purchased a 2009 Santa Fe in December of 2014. Two weeks after the purchase, the car developed problems - it would not start! Chadd Moreno in the service department worked with us for over 3 weeks to figure out what the issue was. We received a loaner vehicle (a brand new 2015 Sonata) while Chadd worked with Hyundai tech to figure out the issue. Throughout the entire process, my wife and I were never charged a dime. The dealer stood behind the vehicle they sold us and resolved all of our concerns. I could not have been more impressed with Chadd and his team - it's never ideal to have a car not start, but they worked their tails off to fix the problem, and that's all I can ask for. For those interested, the issue turned out to be with the ignition switch. Chadd replaced it almost a month ago and we have been problem free ever since! More
