The service team was communicative through the entire process, they would provide updates daily on my car status and allowed me to use a rental car while mine was being repaired! I live closer to another Luther Hyundai Dealer but sure am happy to go out of my way to go to the Burnsville location next time! More

Great and Excellent Service Department For the last few years, I have been taking my 2011 Honda Accord to Luther Burnsville Hyundai; and have had GREAT service, every time I go. They're no For the last few years, I have been taking my 2011 Honda Accord to Luther Burnsville Hyundai; and have had GREAT service, every time I go. They're not like the Burnsville Honda Dealer. Burnsville Honda likes to add other work on top of what you only want done, and try to charge you more for doing so. That's very shady, and horrible to the customer. Luther Burnsville Hyundai NEVER DOES THIS!!!! But if they see something wrong (doing a full diagnostic on your car), they will bring it to your attention, and give you the option....Not go ahead and just do it, and charge more for you later. You tell them what you want done, and they do it, even for a fair price, (considering I drive a Honda). My dad drives a 2006 Sonata Hyundai; he's the one that recommended me to them. I'm glad he did!!!! Plus, I needed new brakes (front brakes), they ordered the parts the same day I made the schedule (appointment)....Two days later I arrived for the service to be done, and the parts were there, and they got the job done, for another fair price!!!! More
From Ugly to Great. I purchased a 2015 Genesis from this dealer and immediately had issues. Right after I purchased the car I noticed that the CD player did not work. I t I purchased a 2015 Genesis from this dealer and immediately had issues. Right after I purchased the car I noticed that the CD player did not work. I took about 2 months and me calling the dealership repeatedly to finally it fixed. Once it was replaced they uploaded the wrong software that caused other issues with the car. That in turn to 2 additional appointments to be resolved. Since then I have brought my car in for numerous other issues. Finally I spoke with the General Manager at the dealership about the car and asked to end my lease early and swap it out for another car. He agreed that my car has had way more issues than any car should would look into getting it replaced for me and give me a call. It has now been a month and I have yet to hear anything back. Plus I opened a case with Hyundai's consumer affairs department and it has not been 3 weeks since they originally reached out to me and I am still waiting to hear from them. UPDATE: My car was bought back due to it falling under Minnesota's lemon law. I went into the dealership and gave up my 2015 and the GM, Joe, got me setup in a 2017. The whole transaction could not have gone better. I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. I have NEVER had better service in purchasing a vehicle before. I have had my problems with the dealership in the past, but they have made some amazing strides and have definitely regained my confidence and took care of me in the end. On a side note. Chadd Moreno in service has been amazing. It's the failure of the leadership team that has caused the majority of my issues. More
