Purchased a 2012 Hyundai Tucson and thankfully purchased the aftermarket warranty because about 29 days after our purchase the engine blew. Apparently a known issue with semi-recalls from Hyundai but Hyund the aftermarket warranty because about 29 days after our purchase the engine blew. Apparently a known issue with semi-recalls from Hyundai but Hyundai did not agree to cover anything but thankfully the extended warranty did. The new motor is being installed and the dealership provided a new Tucson as a loaner while we were missing the vehicle. So far the car has been at the dealership just about as long as we had it home. Hoping to get it back soon with a motor that works for many miles. More

They treat women horribly. AVOID. This dealership sold me a Certified Pre Owned vehicle 7 months ago. 3 days ago I ended up in downtown Minneapolis with a flat tire, upon try AVOID. This dealership sold me a Certified Pre Owned vehicle 7 months ago. 3 days ago I ended up in downtown Minneapolis with a flat tire, upon trying to get the tire off I realize I was sold a vehicle with locked lug nuts and no key was ever provided. This was never brought to my attention during the sale of the vehicle and no key was ever provided to me during the purchase. I was then stranded in downtown alone for 4 hours at night waiting for a tow truck driver who never came. My car had to stay for another 24 hours before getting a tow. Through all of this I accrued costs for parking tickets, the dealership then advised they will pay for the lug nut key needed to get the wheel off ($7) but I need to tow it from Minneapolis to Burnsville to get any service otherwise my tire will continue to be stuck on the vehicle. They stated they were the only ones who would be able to help get the key to get the tire off. Customer service is horrible, this vehicle should have never been sold to me in this condition especially as a certified pre owned Hyundai (which was also stated by a service rep at the dealership as well, this is unacceptable and should not have been sold). It was a total of 3 days and $300 because of THEIR mistake of selling me this vehicle with no lug nut key. Something I would have been able to fix and drive home on within 30 minutes.I will NEVER be recommending this dealership to anyone for any reason, STAY AWAY. They cannot be trusted and their service is absolutely horrible. I was not treated with any respect after just purchasing a vehicle from them and experiencing issues due to their negligence. I feel I was absolutely taken advantage of in this situation and they did nothing acceptable to remedy the situation or keep a paying customer happy. 0/5 stars if possible. More

I bought a Hyundai Tucson from Luther Burnsville. But when I was unable to get an appointment for my 7,500 mile maintenance check. Two days in a row , I spoke with someone in the Call Center. and both ti when I was unable to get an appointment for my 7,500 mile maintenance check. If, I had known it was going to be this difficult to have my car serviced, I would have gone elsewhere. Buy elsewhere! More

The response was a friendly no appointment needed just stop in. I arrived mid morning and Parker assisted me but could not remove one of the bolts so he called over a manager ( male, upper age with beard, glasses). The manager said “ Parker isn’t able to remove the bolt on one side so I will need to go to service, they have to remove the bumper, it will be $169.00.” I said “. $169.00 sounds very unreasonable to me.” Manager said “ my guys won’t like me if I tell them to work for free”I said I’m not doing that”. Manager said “O.K.” Then he walked away. I then went to Bloomington Hyundai. I did not tell the service technician my experience. The technician at Bloomington had my old plates removed and new plates on in SECONDS! Less than one minute! It has been a very long time since I’ve received such bad service. I will be purchasing my new vehicle from the Bloomington store in the future. Signed, A very unhappy customer More
