She followed up a few days before my arrival to make sure I had all the information needed in order to make an informed decision without applying any pressure or making it seem like she was only concerned about making a sale at any cost. She sent a final email the morning of my arrival to let me know she was still available to assist me and to do a test drive. After I had made up my mind, the process of applying for credit was made very easy by Linda. The entire process of obtaining and negotiating a lease agreement was made extremely easy by Jennifer Snyder. I am a very happy lessee with a brand new 2017 Sonata.
