On this occasion, I worked with salesman Michael Harmer and sales manager Marco Bernini, and I felt that both of them were eager to help me find the vehicle that was right for me. Both were knowledgable, professional and I felt truly wanted to make my experience the best that they could. In addition, other staff would check to make sure that I was being helped, checked that I wasn't being ignored, etc. I was also congratulated on my purchase by no fewer than 7 people.
