Michael made this very challenging experience so much less stressful than it could have been. From the moment we first talked by phone, I felt very listened to and that my very challenging needs were respected. This was true for the entire experience. Also, creative problem solving and accommodating my needs were there from start to finish. In the end, I bought a beautiful little used Hyundai Accent with low mileage and a wonderful price. Michael told me about this car which was in another Luther lot in Brooklyn Center and ended up driving it from there to Burnsville so that I could look at it! Marco's involvement in making all this happen was equally respectful and helpful. I would definitely use Luther Hyundai again for future car needs. More
