The detailing was a little sloppy upon my pick up and I had to clean up some cleaning fluid stains and spills once I got home. I appreciate getting the floor mats I requested with my purchase, which are normally included when purchasing a new car. I was a little disappointed that my tank was only 1/3 full but overall I am pleased and would recommend Luther Hyundai Burnsville. Thank you. More

Linda called me within 5 minutes and was very friendly and very informative in answering my questions. I was able to stop in to review some financing options which didn't take hours and hours as in my previous car buying experiences. Throughout the process Linda kept in constant contact with me about my options and was extremely helpful and not "pushy" or "fake" like several sales persons I've dealt with in the past. I was able to go in a few days later to finalize the purchase which only took about an hour. Linda provided me with all the tools and info I needed, and followed up with me on more than one occasion since I got my new car to make sure I had no issues and to see just how much I was enjoying my new car. I highly recommend her as your go to person if you ever plan to purchase from this dealership. Fantastic service, very friendly, and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. More
