Well Worth the Drive I drove all the way from Rochester to test drive a Hyundai Tucson. I had my mind made up when I got there about which model I was going to get, but when the payments didn't work into my budget, Leland took the time to show me several other options. He and Tony worked with me and together we found an option that worked into my budget. I highly recommend this dealership for their friendliness, great customer service and willingness to find you what you want at a price you can afford. More

We worked with Marco to come up with a great financing plan to meet our needs. They were sensitive to our current vehicle situation and made the best of a negative equity situation that needed to be resolved. Overall, the sales staff, financing, and GM were absolutely fantastic. It was a fun and stress-free buying experience! We will be back! More

Frustrating experience that kept getting worse It's been over two weeks in order to allow my frustration to go down to the point of not writing this review with multiple profanities. I could w It's been over two weeks in order to allow my frustration to go down to the point of not writing this review with multiple profanities. I could write 15 paragraphs of everything that went wrong with this deal, but I'll summarize it as best as I can and tell you my honest advice from the experience I've had. I realize not everyone will have this experience, but after what my wife and I went through, I could never recommend this dealership. Basically, we attempted to line everything up with the dealership ahead of time so we could make our purchase as easy as possible. We already had the car picked out, agreed to purchase it, had financing information in , etc, all before we walked in the door. Talk about the easiest sale you could ever make. We should be in and out in less than 90 minutes right? Nope. When we arrived, the car was pulled up, but with a brand new deep long scratch. The financing was not done, and was slow to respond. The rates I was told they could match or beat, they were not able to. We dealt with miscommunication after mistake after miscommunication for nearly 5 hours before being able to purchase the car. And to be honest, if we hadn't been 4.5 hours in, we would have walked out - we almost did. We ended off the experience with the finance manager giving us expired coupons to discount gas and car washes. Icing on the cake. It was a cluster from start to finish, and I'm not sure how anyone has a good experience here. In contrast - I had to buy a second vehicle, and while I wanted to buy them both from the same place, I couldn't. I bought the second one from Luther Bloomington where I had requested the same items as Burnsville. Except, at Bloomington, they had the cars ready to go, cleaned, detailed, and ready. When it came time to match rates, they were actually able to beat my credit union's rate. Their extended warranty plan was far superior to the one sold at Burnsville. And lastly, when we sat in the Finance managers office, he had everything put together and ready to go - extremely prepared. He was able to answer any questions immediately, dealt with us on pricing, etc. It was such a drastic difference in experience. I'd highly recommend the Bloomington location far over the Burnsville one. With all the negative, I do want to point out a couple positive things. 1) With the scratch, they put touchup paint on it and did make it more manageable with a discount on the price. 2) The General Manager did come and apologize during a 2 hour wait which was nice. 3) The salesperson apologized and did everything he could to make it better. Drove my extra key up to Eden Prairie the next day without asking. 4) I did get new coupons from finance (Brian) last week that weren't expired after asking for them. 5) Marco (manager) did reach out the next day to apologize again. Those 5 items are what I expected from the start of my business, not after everything went up in flames. Would you believe me if I told you this was the short version? More

The best way to buy a car I love working with the Burnsville Hyundai Dealership, this is the second car i've gotten there and everybody has always treated me with respect and p I love working with the Burnsville Hyundai Dealership, this is the second car i've gotten there and everybody has always treated me with respect and patience. this has been over the past four years since i bought my first Hyundai. everybody seems to know who i am, and exactly what i need and they get it done in a very timely manner. i love going there for service as well. you have a very comfortable waiting area, and the service is fast and efficient. my two sales persons were very knowledgeable and friendly. Melissa Garvey and Roberta Hedemark. first time i've worked with female salespeople and i loved it!! the guys were great also. it seemed like everyone was working in concert to get me the perfect vehicle, in the right condition at the right price. and all of them had a great respect for the company they worked for. that is very important to me. i am 78 years old and God willing, if i buy another car it will definitely be from this group and this company..
