I really am not a fan of car shopping and Leland made it the best experience possible! I went in for a test drive and he answered all my questions and was very helpful in my selection process. When I came back in again, there was still no pressure to buy (although I did) and Leland made me feel very comfortable about picking the trim that worked the best for me! Leland completely changed the car buying process from previous experiences and made me enjoy it! I cannot say enough good hints about Leland and all the staff I interacted with! I definitely recommend Luther hyandai in burnsville over any other Hyundai dealership I've gone too! More

awesome I found the Sonata I was interested in and used the online contact. Linda Cichanowski replied. The car had not arrived yet but was expected in a day o I found the Sonata I was interested in and used the online contact. Linda Cichanowski replied. The car had not arrived yet but was expected in a day or 2. I put down a deposit to hold it as it had very low miles. The next day I saw another vehicle on their website and called Linda. She said that vehicle was there and she had the keys in hand. I told her I would like to come by after work to test drive. She said she expected to be leaving around 5pm. I said that I couldn't arrive until around 630pm. She said she would be happy to stay late and wait for me. I had been pre approved at my bank for a loan at 2.9%. I arrived and Linda was delivering a car to another customer. She asked if I was still interested in a test drive, I replied that I would. She had pulled the car up to the front door prior to my arrival. She took a copy of my DL and handed me the key. She said she would be finished with her current task by the time I got back. I returned and we started to negotiate the total price with my trade in. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for, she said she would do her best. They came very close and we agreed to move forward. I asked if we could try to finance from the dealer so we could complete the sale and I wouldn't have to come back. The finance manager applied for the loan and got me one, from my bank, for 2.49%. Less than the rate I got by going to my bank directly. I was surprised and pleased. We finished the transaction. Everyone at the dealership was professional and courteous. Linda was a pleasure to work with. She has been doing it for a long time and it showed. More
